Hey, I got a Dell i5 64 bit on which I was using Office for past 2 years. So I uninstalled Office from control Panel and tried to reinstall it. But despite my efforts, it wouldn't install and also at the end gives the error of Boot strapper. Here is what I have done up till now:. I am really tired and dont know what to do. I have tried everything on different forums but no use.

Please help! First of all it is not good idea to uninstall Office If you have a problem you can go to control panel and instead of uninstalling office right click on it and then click on change.

You will be given two choices, quick repair and online repair. The online repair reinstalls Office but retains your settings etc. If that does not work see if they can assist you at Answer Desk technical help. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help.

I have Windows 10 Build install on my device. In the process of installing Office which install and worked under the previous build I receive the following:.

I had Office installed on the previous build of Win 10 and it was working well. I then moved to the Fast Update and installed After the update, any time i tried to open an Office program it would act like it was trying o reinstall Office.

I would like to have Office installed on this device since it is a secondary daily use machine in my office. I was able to use Office Professional Plus with SP1 on Windows 10 build and and previous builds without issue. If you have a Office account, you might want to consider signing up for that and switch to it.
