Verified Purchase. I purchased a new computer with Windows After trying to download several times, cannot launch this program. I used PrintMaster for years and loved it but the past newer versions never seem to download or work properly! This was a big disappointment I used print Master Gold for years and it was great This product is a piece of crap Not user friendly no instructions The menu items for text and other items need a magnifying glass to read them I don't know if I will ever buy a Borderbund product Don't waste your time and money since it is non refundable.
Did their resolve fix it and still will NOT launch I tried downloading this program multiple times and it will not open. This program not very intuitive and much more difficult to use than previous versions.
I owned Printmaster Gold and loved it. I got a new laptop and couldn't find the disk so I thought I would get an updated version. The version is not user friendly at all. When ordering I was told my old files could transfer over. That is NOT true. So things I have used for years have had to be recreated. This application crashes frequently.
It won't save and if I add more than 4 pictures to the canvas the context menus stop functioning. Print preview doesn't show photos. The list of broken functionality is long. It's so disruptive it can't even be used.
Unfortunately, one day past the return date. But we are definitely not going to be using this. Wish we hadn't bought it.
